Fix Netflix unexpected error


Many times, Netflix users face Netflix unexpected error, for which you shouldn’t worry about. It can be solved using some simple fixes that are discussed below:

 Restart your operating system or program
When the user unplugs earphones and then plug them back too quickly, Netflix doesn’t work because of error M7361-1253. To solve this, reload the program and try to view Netflix video. Netflix users should reset their operating system and application, to solve Netflix unexpected error.



 Disable/Enable hardware acceleration

1.       Go to Google Chrome and open Settings.

 Use another Internet browser
May be changing your Internet browser, will solve your issue. Windows 10 users can run Edge, Internet Explorer or may download and install the latest version of Mozilla Firefox. If the issue remains the same, then try the next fixes.

Try another operating system
Even if after trying all of these solutions, you can not solve your problem, try to reinstall your operating system application.
TV users can follow below fixes:

Deactivate Netflix account
Follow these steps to deactivate Netflix account:
1.       Run Netflix app on your TV.
2.       Take the help of arrow on your remote control and follow this sequence: UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, UP, UP, UP, UP.
3.       Click on Deactivate.
4.       Click on Exit.
5.       Restart Netflix app and Sign in using your Netflix account

Refresh Internet Content
When you are not able to receive and load some contents from Internet, Refresh Internet Content to get the available Internet content services. Follow the steps discussed below:
1.       Go to Settings from your TV or network media player.
2.       Select Network.
3.       Click on Refresh Internet Content.
4.       Go to the Netflix app.
5.       Try to play videos.

Reinstall Netflix application
Reinstalling Netflix app is another simple fix which works out most of the time. See the methods discussed below:
1.       Uninstall current Netflix application.
2.       Restart your TV. Install the latest Netflix application and see the error is resolved or not.
